INFORM Subnational Model of Vanuatu is a multilayer structure that builds up a score of risk by bringing together 20 different indicators. They measure three dimensions of INFORM risk concept. Each dimension is made up from categories. Categories comprise a number of components. Components are carefully chosen sets of indicators.
